LSF Babes Tour Sydney Recap

Hey Babes,

Over the weekend something super exciting went down!

My first ever LSF Babes Tour Event launched in my very own city - Sydney, Australia!

I have been looking forward to this for so long, and have been planning for even longer, so it was beyond exciting to finally get the opportunity to meet my Sydney #LSFbabes, put them through a killer workout, chat to them about my experiences in health, fitness, and business, and get to give them all hugs and encouragement IN PERSON!!!!

The generous team at YogaBar Liverpool street were kind enough to host the event in their gorgeous studio above the busy streets of Sydney CBD. We decked out the whole place LSF style, set up a  hydration station thanks to the wonderful team at EHPLabs and had a beautiful lush foliage flower wall as backdrop, created by the Murs De Fleurs, Sydney.

I went on to go explain how I transitioned from a teenage athlete to a woman who lifts, as well as the path I took towards becoming WBFF World Champion. I can attribute my active lifestyle to my sporty upbringing and my family that have always been into fitness. I remember when I was a little girl and my mum would head to the gym for her class while I hung out in the creche! So health and fitness are literally in my blood!

A huge part of my success and growth over the last few years has been because of social media and the reach and sense of community I have gained from it. So I passed on a few of my top tips to the girls:

  • • Set SMART goals & objectives

  • • Identify your audience


  • • Build relationships & network

  • • Content is king!

Now you didn’t think I would run an LSF event without getting my babes to work up a little sweat, did you? Of course not!

EHPlabs kept us very well hydrated with Oxyshred, and Beyond BCAAs!

I took my girls through a quick, but intense booty and core session using my booty bands. And let me tell you, I saw some impressive effort! The girls were pushing themselves pretty hard even though we weren’t using any machines or weights! I love the fact that you can get a good workout anywhere with just a set of bands, a little bit of planning, and motivation to improve!!

And to finish the workout, of course, we had to have some Blessed Protein - to fuel muscle recovery and promote muscle growth!

Above, my massage therapist, Kasia, delivering a guest talk covering the topics of recovery, deep sleep, micronutrients and more! Kasia is such a strong woman who has such a depth of knowledge about the human body, but not many know that she is a bikini diva, decorated wrestler AND plays Grid Iron!!

And lastly, what is an event without a personal meet and greet? I got to chat with all my girls and of course, grab photos together! :)

What an uplifting and humbling experience! I cannot wait for our next stop... Melbourne!!!
