Over the weekend something super exciting went down! My first ever LSF Babes Tour Event launched in my very own city - Sydney, Australia! I have been looking forward to this for so long, and have been planning for even longer, so it was beyond exciting to finally get the opportunity to meet my Sydney #LSFbabes, put them through a killer workout, chat to them about my experiences in health, fitness, and business, and get to give them all hugs and encouragement IN PERSON!!!! Here's my recap of the event.

It takes more than hip thrusts and squats to build a booty.

It takes more than just sit-ups and crunches to get abs.

And it takes more than just overhead pressing to get shapely shoulders!

If you want to build a body you love and are proud of, you will need to train your WHOLE BODY!

Find out the importance of whole body training and how you can implement it into your training schedule!

These days a lot of people talk about carbs the way we used to talk about fat - like they are evil and have been put on this earth to sabotage us! You may know someone that has completely cut carbs out of their diet, or doesn’t eat carbs after dark, or maybe only eats a very small amount of carbs each day (hello keto!). But are carbs really bad for you? The answer is a resounding NO! Today I'm going to talk to you about carb cycling, what it is and why it works!

When you decide to improve your life for the better by eating well, training more and living a healthier lifestyle, most people will get behind you. But in the real world, it’s not always this simple. Many of my clients have barriers that are standing in the way of them becoming the best version of themselves. And unfortunately, sometimes these barriers can come in the form of important people in your life. So, how do you deal them?

One of the fundamental exercises you will see me prescribe to my clients is the squat. It is so important when it comes to shaping your body and is also a key exercise in creating a strong base of support for everyday movements. So what are my tips to helping my #LSFbabes make such exciting progress with their squat strength in the gym? Find out here!

Stepping foot into the gym for the first time can be an intimidating experience! It can feel like all eyes are on you and the endless rows of machines and equipment can seem like a maze. Trust me when I say that everyone in that gym has felt that way at some stage in their health and fitness journey. Here are my top 5 strategies to help you pluck up the courage to finally walk into the gym and start taking steps towards building your dream body!

We all know that dogs are a man’s, AND A woman’s, best friend… But, did you know that owning a dog can actually make you healthier? Whether you have a fur baby at home, or you work in a dog-friendly office, being around dogs is actually good for you. Check out these awesome benefits of having a furry friend!

Hey girls! Today I wanted to let you know that it’s okay to not be okay every day. We all have bad days. Whether it’s from a rough night’s sleep, a lot on your mind, swamped with work, feel exhausted, or sometimes it seems to be for no reason at all! Whenever I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, I have a list of little strategies I use to try to turn my frown upside down. Check them out here!

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a nutrient partitioning strategy that has become super popular recently, and I get asked about it a lot! It’s an alternative way to reduce your food intake without the inconvenience of having to weigh and measure your food, or even follow a strict diet. Plenty of people love and swear by IF, but what exactly does it involve?

Today I want to talk about what I prioritise when it comes to nutrition. Not all eating strategies are created equal, and depending on your goals, some aspects of your meal plan and nutrition may be more important than others.
